How do I place an order for a product?

To place an order on the Royal Bois site there is nothing more, you just have to follow the following steps.

  • Choose the product you want to order, go to its product sheet and click on the green button "ADD TO CART" a small page will appear on the right side with your basket displaying the chosen products.
  • You can then choose to continue adding products to the basket or to modify the basket by removing products or increasing the quantity or even to start filling out the payment method for your order as well as the delivery address.
  • Once after having clicked on the "payment" button you will arrive on a page where you will enter the delivery details. You can also add a promo code if you have one.
  • You will arrive on the payment page where you enter your payment method then you validate and your order will be placed.
  • You will receive an email with your invoice and the summary of your order.

I would like to modify an order already paid?

If you have already placed your order and made the payment and want to make an order modification. Please contact us as soon as possible here.

I would like to cancel my order?

You want to cancel an order you have previously placed, then contact us within 2 days of placing your order. Contact us here.

Specify your name, First name, plus why you want to cancel your order. We cannot guarantee the cancellation of your order.

I made a mistake on the delivery address?

You have placed an order on our site but you have entered the wrong delivery address. So we have to act quickly, and send us an email within 2 days of the order placed in contacting us here.

What is the delivery price?

On our site, delivery costs are free.

Is my order shipped?

After your order is placed we have an average of 4 days for your product to be shipped. After shipping and processing time varies depending on the type of product.

I still haven't received my order?

If you still have not received your order within a maximum of 30 days, please contact us via this form to inform us of the situation.

What is the delivery time of my order?

Our average delivery times are 2 to 14 days except when the time is specified in the product description.

Our site sells items from several producers as well as our own. So if you have ordered several products, they will probably arrive at your home in different packages. Our stocks are mostly located in China.

So don't worry if you get one before the other.

What is our delivery area?

We mainly deliver in France, Switzerland, Belgium, Luxembourg and Canada.

We also deliver internationally but with delivery costs that are added to the order.

Is the product still in stock?

If the product you wish to order is no longer in stock then the product will be displayed as sold out just below the "ADD TO CART" button

I would like a refund for my order?

Our products may not please everyone, so we guarantee a 30 day refund after receipt of the package, under certain conditions To make a refund please contact us.

I have a problem with my product?

First of all try to find and analyze the problem you have, then contact with our team by email. By correctly explaining the problem encountered, by attaching photos of the problem to us.

We can then guide you through the problem in question.

How to use your warranty?

The warranty works for non-consumable products.

The warranty lasts 30 days after receipt of the product in question. Contact us and explain the reasons for the refund.

Note that using a blade to cut iron is not refundable if you know what I mean.

I have a discount voucher, how can I use it?

If you have a coupon and want to use it, it's very simple. When you have finished adding your products to the basket, clicking on the "PAYMENT" button will bring you to the page where you will have to enter your delivery details. At the top right of the page, you have an area to insert your promo code, then once done, the price will be calculated automatically based on the discount voucher.

Can I pay in installments?

We are sorry but our Royal Bois site does not allow you to pay for your order in several installments. We are trying to find the system that would allow us to do so, in order to provide you with better customer service.

What payment methods are available on the site?

You can pay by credit card or PayPal. We do not accept bank checks, transfers or payments upon receipt.
